Prevention Services are designed for citizens of all ages to increase knowledge, raise awareness, and address contributing factors of substance use/misuse and other behavioral health issues.
Treatment provides a variety of services to support an individual and their family along the path towards recovery of substance use, mental health, and other behavioral health disorders.
Intervention services are educational based programs and some treatment focused usually mandated due to a citation received by an individual as an alternative to other legal penalties.
Services for drug testing or DNA testing are provided for individuals seeking lab tested results for personal or legal use as well as assistance for employers with Drug-Free Workplace implementation.
All services are considered confidential and are protected by federal law (42 CFR Part 2) and the Health Insurance Portability Act (HIPAA) of 1996. Due to Confidentiality regulations, all individuals must sign a release of information regarding their protected health status. Clients and parents of clients under age 16 will also be asked to sign an acknowledgement that says they have received the privacy notice.
