Some urine screens are mandated to be observed; that is, a tester will be in the bathroom with you to observe that the urine was collected correctly.

All results are confidential and will only be released to the donor of the specimen and/or another individual indicated in writing.
No appointments necessary for Drug Screens.

Hair Follicle Screening

  • Tests for up to 10 controlled substances
  • 1.5 inches of hair yields approximately 90 days of controlled substance usage history
  • Body Hair yields approximately 6-12 months of controlled substance usage history
  • Does not cover recent use

Confidentiality & CARF Accredidation

All services are considered confidential and are protected by federal law (42 CFR Part 2) and the Health Insurance Portability Act (HIPAA) of 1996.  Due to Confidentiality regulations, all individuals must sign a release of information regarding their protected health status.  Clients and parents of clients under age 16 will also be asked to sign an acknowledgement that says they have received the privacy notice.
ALPHA Behavioral Health Center is a CARF Accredited institution.
